The HR Business Partner will advise on Human Resources matters, aligning strategies with business objectives and facilitating communication between management and teams. This role involves leading organizational change initiatives and ensuring the correct implementation of key HR processes such as talent management, selection, and performance management.

Requirements

Candidates must have around 3 years of experience in HR in similar positions, holding an academic degree in Labor Psychology, Commercial Engineering, or similar fields. Proficiency in advanced Office applications and knowledge of Labor Legislation are required, with intermediate English being desirable.
