Global C&I Strategic Operations Specialist - EY GDS

Partner with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans. Support the design and implementation of initiatives/projects that deliver on strategic priorities. Oversee domain-specific processes, ensuring clarity and timely execution across stakeholders. Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Team Lead and other Domain teams to coordinate cross-domain priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in operational process creation and improvement. Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
