What You'll Do
Act as the technical and analytical arm of the VP of Sales, ensuring commercial processes, tools, and KPIs align with strategic business objectives. Monitor and align KPIs systematically against targets agreed with management. Manage project timelines and coordinate sales initiatives, providing informal leadership and mentorship to analysts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. Proven experience as a Senior Analyst in Sales Intelligence, Commercial Planning, or Corporate Governance. Fluent in English and advanced Spanish is desirable.
