Requirements

Candidates must be native or fluent in Spanish and fluent in English (C1-C2 level), possessing at least two years of experience in customer support, sales, or call center roles. Essential requirements include comfort working on camera for live video assistance, proficiency with CRM tools, and maintaining a fast-paced, organized work environment.
