Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing day-to-day quote and pricing approvals, ensuring sales opportunities are correctly tracked in Salesforce, and creating standard templates and guidance documents to streamline the deal desk process. This position also serves as the first line of defense for deal flow technical issues and assists with billing helpdesk tickets and supplier portal maintenance.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience working with Salesforce and possess a Certified Salesforce Administrator credential. Essential qualifications include strong quantitative/data skills, proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets, strong English language skills, and excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
