Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives by translating shopper and channel strategies into actionable plans that create demand. Core duties include executing channel and customer activation plans, supporting trade plan development (promotions, displays, POS), and coordinating cross-functional execution.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or Commercial Roles, preferably within CPG/FMCG. Required abilities include a solid understanding of trade marketing principles, strong project management skills, analytical capability, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
