KYS Lead

Lead the KYS process end-to-end, providing functional direction to the team and ensuring consistent execution. Act as the main point of escalation for complex KYS cases and exceptions, making pragmatic, risk-based decisions. Identify recurring issues and root causes and turn them into sustainable improvements. Own the KYS improvement roadmap across processes, controls, automation, and scalability.

5+ years of relevant professional experience in KYC, KYB, vendor due diligence, or similar processes. Strong independent judgment and the ability to make pragmatic, risk-based decisions. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working effectively with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Compliance. Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
