What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end billing process, auditing invoicing and credit memo runs for accuracy. Manage subscription billing in Stripe, including recurring payments, plans, discounts, and tax configurations. Reconcile transactions and payment records, and resolve billing discrepancies.
What We're Looking For
2+ years as a Billing Specialist, AR Analyst, or similar role. Hands-on Stripe experience (dashboard, subscriptions, API tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
