The Senior Retention Manager will lead and coach a team of retention specialists to meet KPIs by turning refund requests into renewed commitments. They are responsible for developing retention playbooks, analyzing performance trends, and handling critical customer escalations.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in B2C sales or retention and 2 years of team management experience. Proficiency in English (C1+) and a proven track record in high-ticket service recovery are required.
