Plan and monitor the execution of capacity plans for last-mile operations, considering demand projections and operational constraints. Analyze historical performance and potential expansion of different transport modes, developing scenarios and growth plans. Develop data analyses and tools to optimize planning processes and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with operations and transport teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, knowledge of SQL, and data visualization tools. Relevant experience in operational planning, data analysis, logistics, or related areas.
