The role involves acting as an independent, trusted legal advisor by identifying and handling legal risk for an international portfolio, and supporting team leaders and other lawyers across regions like LAC and EMEA. Responsibilities also include providing commercial legal advice, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating various agreements such as procurement, marketing, and sponsorship contracts.
Requirements
Candidates must be an Argentina-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), demonstrating practical experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts in both English and Spanish. Strong research, analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate persuasively are essential.
