Core Responsibilities

Monitor operational indicators of the commercial operation in real-time. Track the performance of dialing campaigns and suggest prioritization adjustments based on observed results. Manage dialing tools and perform operational parameterizations as needed. Conduct analyses of volume, productive capacity, and customer base utilization.

Requirements

Analytical and strategic profile with ease in interpreting numbers and problem-solving. Previous experience with dialers and telephony tools. Technical skills: SQL, Office Suite for data manipulation. Power BI is desirable for data visualization. Previous experience with indicators/Business Intelligence is a differential.
