Provide investment advisory services to clients and potential investors, suggesting investment solutions based on their profiles and needs. Ensure quality and satisfaction in investment-related services, actively prospect new clients, and retain current investments through consultative sales. Diversify clients' investment portfolios and conduct in-person meetings with clients at Santander locations or other preferred venues.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Active CPA-20 certification is mandatory. Previous experience is a plus.
