Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls with a warm, natural, conversational tone Convert inquiries into booked appointments Confidently upsell memberships and handle objections De-escalate frustrated callers and guide conversations toward solutions Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date Resolve as much as possible without escalation Support promotions and sales campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications: Excellent spoken English with strong phone presence (clear, natural, engaging) Conversational sellers who can guide calls without rigid scripts Comfortable handling objections and closing Calm, empathetic communicator in high-stress customer situations Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through 1–2 years in sales, customer support, or call-based roles (preferred) Nice-to-Haves: Experience in home services or appointment booking ServiceTitan or similar CRM Spanish proficiency
