Inbound Sales & Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls with a warm, natural, conversational tone
Convert inquiries into booked appointments
Confidently upsell memberships and handle objections
De-escalate frustrated callers and guide conversations toward solutions
Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date
Resolve as much as possible without escalation
Support promotions and sales campaigns

POSITION: Inbound Sales & Support Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM & South Africa preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Shifts (CST): Candidates may indicate preference
