Core Responsibilities

The Customer Support Consultant will communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls, emails, and chats while building strong customer relationships. They will also handle sensitive customer data and maintain a deep understanding of client solutions.

Requirements

Candidates need excellent Czech communication skills at least at C1 level and English at B2 level, along with at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role. Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude are also required.
