Perform active and receptive telephone support, in-person assistance, and digital channel support for customers. Conduct internal and external activities according to the store's activity schedule. Assist the manager with administrative tasks and manage correspondence.

High school diploma required. Experience in customer service and basic computer skills or willingness to learn. Ability to work in a team environment.
