Senior Data Scientist

Use data analysis, visualization, and modeling tools to drive data-driven business strategies, focusing on cost prediction for a two-sided marketplace. Design and execute data science projects, including hypothesis development and statistical analysis to answer key business questions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data science solutions and analyze existing algorithms for accuracy and performance.

A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in applied math, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in data science with strong expertise in SQL and Python. Proficient in applied statistics and experience with pricing algorithms and technology-driven product development.

This is a 1-year contract with the potential for extension. Must be able to work core hours aligned with US Eastern Time (GMT-5).
