AI Creative Marketer (Intern)

Monitor competitors and trends in the fintech space, tracking global campaigns and spotting trending formats. Ideate and write scripts for UGC video concepts tailored to the Mexican market, and assign these scripts to appropriate creators. Own the production tracker and generate AI videos to test ideas quickly, analyzing performance data to inform future scripts.
What We're Looking For
Native Spanish speaker with basic to intermediate English for internal communication. Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Runway, ElevenLabs, or Midjourney. Strong creativity and comfort with data analysis, particularly in understanding ad spend and CPA.
