Analista de Planejamento e Desempenho Sr - Lubrificantes

Conduct the budgeting process for operations, control performance, and analyze KPIs for the lubricants factory. Support decision-making by anticipating deviations and promoting efficiency and continuous improvement. Structure and monitor KPIs, action plans for deviations, and produce executive reports and economic analyses.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Desired experience in budgeting, industrial costs, OPEX, financial analysis, and DRE. Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP), data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI), and scenario modeling.
