Ensure comprehensive security execution in the division, aligning all security functions with national standards. Evaluate and manage security risks by continuously identifying and analyzing risks associated with personnel, facilities, and assets. Coordinate regional security incident responses, directing division teams during emergencies in collaboration with national and local authorities.

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in similar physical security roles, preferably in the financial or large corporate sector. Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Administration, Law, or related fields; a Master's degree in leadership or a related area is desirable. Proficiency in centralized monitoring systems (CCTV, Bosch/Honeywell alarms, access control systems like Genetec/Lenel).
