Core Responsibilities

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings, and performing online recruiting campaigns using Boolean searches and various tools. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to strategically grow headcount, designing sourcing channels, and maintaining talent pipelines in partnership with Talent Recruiters.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a background in HR, preferably with a degree, and demonstrate proactiveness, attention to detail, and a result-oriented team player attitude. Essential qualifications include confidence in sourcing via LinkedIn, the ability to qualify applications, familiarity with ATS software, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
