Solution Consultant
OmiliaCore Responsibilities
The Solutions Consultant will lead the technical sales process by designing tailored conversational AI architectures and conducting discovery workshops with prospects. They will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between customer needs and Omilia's product capabilities while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales or solutions consulting with native Portuguese and advanced Spanish and English proficiency. A strong technical background in voice IVR, conversational AI, and SaaS architecture is required, along with exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.
