Responsibilities also include general assistance, managing mail logistics, preparing related reports, and monitoring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Technical or Commercial Career qualification and have at least six months of experience in Customer Service, Switchboard Operation, and File/Document Control. Basic English proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools are also required.
