Manage the selection processes assigned, organizing kick-off meetings, following up on vacancies, and coordinating with hiring managers and outsourcing. Execute recruitment, selection, and evaluation of candidates, providing timely feedback and ensuring process quality. Administer job postings and internal tools, ensuring proper flow of the selection process.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist in Human Resource Management, with experience in personnel selection, benefits administration, organizational development, and tracking indicators.
