Core Responsibilities

Execute the end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-volume positions, including profile alignment, sourcing, and interviewing. Act as a strategic partner to business managers to optimize selection processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Requires a completed higher education degree and previous experience in recruitment using ATS. Proficiency in Spanish (advanced) and English (intermediate) is desired, along with skills in Office tools and Power BI.
