Core Responsibilities

The Growth Director will be responsible for designing and executing the Trade Marketing commercial strategy for Rappi in Mexico, focusing on maximizing traffic, conversion, and frequency through brand campaigns, activations, promotions, and commercial events. This involves leading a distributed team of zone traders while balancing strategic vision, operational execution, data analysis, and partner negotiations.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Media, Growth, or Marketing within consumer goods, e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital retail sectors, including experience leading commercial teams and negotiating with brands. A strong analytical, data-driven mindset, high results orientation, hands-on execution ability, and negotiation skills are essential, with intermediate English proficiency preferred.
