Attend to monitoring tasks and processes effectively in a rotating shift schedule. Generate information based on channel behavior during service monitoring. Analyze and execute internal processes to ensure service monitoring operations.

Graduated from a technical or technological program or currently studying administration, economics, finance, or related fields. Experience in contact centers and monitoring operations is preferred. Proficiency in office tools is required.

You will receive 14.12 legal salaries and 4.28 extralegal salaries guaranteed annually. The position offers variable remuneration and up to 20 days of paid vacation. It is a fixed-term contract for twelve months.
