Plan, structure, and execute hiring plans for the region, considering sourcing zones, shift needs, and profiles. Consolidate and analyze recruitment data to ensure governance, quality, and productivity in talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in recruitment and selection for high-volume operations or mass hiring. Proficiency in ATS tools for large-scale hiring. Experience with in-person attraction actions, job fairs, or communications is a plus.
