QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The Specialist will be a fundamental pillar in the technical execution of the Privacy and AI Governance Program, focusing on analyzing legal aspects of Data Treatment Records and managing privacy risks identified during impact assessments. Key tasks include monitoring compliance with the Privacy Program, supporting leadership in training development, and drafting responses to low and medium complexity inquiries.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Law degree with a minimum of 4 years of study and proven practical experience of at least 2 years in Privacy and Artificial Intelligence, including knowledge of Contract Law. An organized profile with a focus on meeting deadlines and meticulous document review is essential, with Privacy Certifications and practical Intellectual Property knowledge being advantageous.
