Lead the operations team and manage the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the agency. Monitor key performance indicators and ensure compliance with processes while supporting business development. Manage operational and credit risks, and develop strategies for debt collection and credit recovery.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields with a specialization/MBA in Business Management or Finance. Significant experience in administrative, financial, and accounting areas within financial institutions. Availability to reside in Diamantino/MT and travel as needed.
