Manage the end-to-end operational flow, including production, embossing, inventory management, and logistics delivery. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and delivery timelines (SLAs), identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. Develop reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations tailored to different audiences. Mentor and provide technical support to junior and mid-level analysts.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in Credit Card Backoffice Operations. Strong knowledge of the card supply chain: production, embossing/personalization, supplies, and logistics. Proven informal leadership skills with a focus on SLA compliance and team development.
