Principal Engineer - GenAI Platform

Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI solutions in corporate and regulated environments. Define scalable architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and model routing strategies. Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance standards for Generative AI applications. Collaborate with product and business teams to transform needs into production-ready solutions.

Advanced/Fluent English for global environment. Solid experience in Machine Learning Engineering and/or LLM Engineering in production environments. Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and model evaluation. Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS and/or Databricks.
