Manage all HR operations for the Argentina office ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership and implement global HR policies while driving process improvements.

Proven experience in the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on legal compliance. Comprehensive understanding of Argentine Labour Law and ability to apply legal requirements. Experience managing complex employee relations issues and proficiency in data analytics for HR operations.
