Consultor/a Eventos Institucionales

Lead the strategic planning of internal institutional events for the bank. Develop master event plans that include objectives, audiences, key messages, logistics, and success metrics. Design the overall experience for employees before, during, and after each event, and identify opportunities for innovative engagement formats.

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event production and managing large-scale executive events. Advanced English proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
