- Conduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads - Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer. - Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven success in chat-based sales or comparable sales experience, at least for 2 years. - Fluent Spanish for client communication and English for internal coordination. - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time. - Forex trading knowledge is mandatory. - A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently.
