Talent Acquisition Analyst

Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners by translating business priorities into effective recruitment strategies. Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation through offer acceptance and handoff for onboarding. Conduct structured behavioral interviews using competency-based methodologies to assess candidates and facilitate calibration discussions with interview panels.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field. 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably globally. Advanced English proficiency and prior experience with ICIMS or another Applicant Tracking System.
