Core Responsibilities

Provide operational support for talent attraction, evaluation, and loyalty processes, including recruitment and candidate pipeline management. Assist in organizational development initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational climate surveys.

Requirements

Active student of Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields with an interest in recruitment and organizational development. Requires excellent communication skills, proactivity, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
