1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Intermediate level of English. Must possess energy, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn.

Remote-first work model with the option to work from home anywhere in Brazil. Possibility to use offices in São Paulo or partner coworking spaces up to two times a week.
