Manage a portfolio of administrative tax processes, including receiving infraction notices and coordinating with relevant departments for information. Review defenses and administrative appeals in tax matters. Evaluate tax risks and opportunities, proposing innovative solutions aligned with company objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Law with professional registration in OAB. Solid experience in Tax Litigation, preferably in companies or law firms. Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with the Legal One system is a plus.
