Core Responsibilities

Plan and manage Growth and CRM campaigns, including A/B testing and KPI monitoring to optimize customer journeys. Act as a focal point between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align objectives and drive ROI.

Requirements

Requires proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools for data-driven decision making. Experience with multi-channel campaign management, marketing automation, and a results-oriented mindset is essential.
