Manager, Civil Underground Works Construction

Manage all aspects of FLOW underground infrastructure, including overseeing the construction and maintenance of minor building structures, jointing chambers, manholes, and duct lines. Liaise with external agencies to maintain the integrity of FLOW’s Underground Network and develop training programs for junior Civil Works staff. Survey civil routes, draw plans, and maintain contacts with municipality authorities and contractors.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent training. Minimum of 7 years experience in this function. Formal management training and certification would be an asset. Specialized training in AutoCAD and exceptional negotiation skills are required.
