Core Responsibilities

The role is responsible for accessing B2C markets and closing commercial relationships to increase company revenue and meet sales targets through the contact center. This includes seeking commercial opportunities to offer the sector's portfolio services and ensuring compliance with commercial management indicators.

Requirements

Candidates must have a technical, technologist, or university professional degree in fields related to the sector of performance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in telephone sales of intangibles and/or tangibles is required, with desirable experience of at least 1 year in Call Center customer service.
