Ensure compliance with the weekly and daily capacity plan, guaranteeing the availability of installed capacity in the last mile operation. Monitor, analyze, and follow up on the execution of the schedule and rostering, ensuring alignment with demand and business objectives. Manage and anticipate capacity risks, proposing actions to mitigate deviations between plan and execution. Collaborate closely with Operations, Routing, Flow, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities and generate strategies in response to plan deviations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields. Experience in analytical roles within logistics, supply chain, or planning. Proficient in handling large volumes of information using advanced Excel, preferably Python and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
