Legal Operations Senior Manager

Define and lead the strategic direction for the Legal Operations team, acting as a functional leader for all global legal technology and process initiatives. Independently lead complex, high-value, and cross-functional organizational projects with a global scope. Set the AI and technology roadmap for the Legal department, identifying specific use cases and defining expected productivity and quality outcomes.

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in roles with comparable scope and responsibilities, including at least 2 years spent directly managing or leading a team. Hands-on experience using and evaluating AI tools in a professional context is required.
