Data Migration Specialist (AU Hours, Guatemala in-office)

Own end-to-end data migrations by extracting data from third-party systems, cleaning and normalizing it, and uploading it into Podium. Automate and scale processes using Python and advanced Excel/Google Sheets to transform and validate large datasets. Collaborate with Onboarding and Customer Success teams to define requirements and ensure data accuracy.

1–2 years of experience in a data or technical role. Strong Python skills (pandas preferred) for data cleaning and transformation. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and complex formulas. Excellent English communication skills.
