Senior Finance Manager

Manage the month-end close process and quarterly financial reporting for LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local standards. Act as a key deputy to the Latam Regional Finance Lead, providing necessary data and insights. Oversee execution of controls required by the Central Bank of Brazil to maintain audit readiness. Manage relationships with outsource firms, tax advisors, and external auditors.

Degree in Accounting and active CRC certification. Seasoned finance professional with experience in financial controlling, audit, or management accounting. Strong knowledge of Brazil GAAP and IFRS. Proven track record of improving internal controls and streamlining financial processes.
