The Research Associate is responsible for leveraging big data and secondary sources to build and validate numbers transparently, which includes extracting public domain data and manipulating internal data for estimates. Duties also involve building company profiles, working with forecasting specialists, overseeing primary research commissioned from in-country analysts, and ensuring data quality through rigorous checks and explanations.
Requirements
Candidates must be analytical, process-oriented, and quick learners with strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and listening abilities. Proficiency in English is required, along with strong computer literacy in MS Office, and ideally experience with tools like Power BI and Tableau.
