Capture required information in the SAP system to maintain data control. Handle administrative tasks for the department to ensure necessary materials are delivered. Organize files of plans, drawings, and service manuals for equipment control. Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies and monitor operational risks.

Minimum education of high school diploma; preferred technical education in Computer Technology. At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance assistant role. Basic English proficiency in reading, writing, and conversation. Knowledge of quality certification standards and advanced skills in Excel.
