DevOps Specialist - Observability & Monitoring

Architect, implement and evolve observability solutions, including logs, metrics, traces, and application monitoring. Administer and optimize Elasticsearch and Elastic Stack environments for performance and efficiency. Implement metric collection, dashboards, and alerts using Prometheus and Grafana. Collaborate with development teams on best practices for instrumentation and structured logs.

Solid experience in DevOps, SRE, or Observability in complex environments. Strong knowledge of Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Filebeat) and optimization. Proficiency in Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, especially in Java and Spring Boot environments. Experience with scripting and automation using Python, Go, Java, or Shell/Bash.
