QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Operationalize work strategies with the analyst team to achieve goals and actively manage the pipeline. Conduct management rituals (1:1s, weekly meetings, call monitoring, consultative feedback) to ensure quality service. Daily monitoring of productivity, ramp-up, and efficient CRM usage. Act as a strategic hub between Sales, Product, and Strategy teams for process improvements and new projects.
Requirements
Solid experience leading Inside Sales teams (B2C) and managing sales funnels. Practical knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales frameworks (e.g., Spin Selling, Predictable Revenue). Analytical mindset focused on results, with the ability to read dashboards and translate data into action plans. Interest in technology and Artificial Intelligence, with a willingness to test new processes.
